Greeting Incoming International Students at the Airport - Volunteer Wanted!!

It's almost time to meet the new faces to Wagner. To Welcome our incoming international students and help them have a smooth transition into New York City, WISS has initiated something new and exciting, and we look forward to your participation!!

WE ARE GOING TO PICK UP OUR INCOMING FELLOWS FROM THE AIRPORT!!!

We are no⋯⋯w accepting incoming students' application for the service. Meanwhile, we are recruiting second year Wagner students as volunteers to greet our new international friends at the airport and escort them to their residence in the city. 

Are you as excited as we are? Here are some details for you:

When: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, August 16 to 22.

Where: JFK International Airport

What: One of our volunteers will meet an incoming Wagner student at his/her terminal and escort the person to his/her residence in the city.

How: After we receive your application, we will match each volunteer with one or two incoming students, providing necessary information to both sides. After meeting the incoming student at the terminal, the volunteer will escort him/her to his/her residence by AirTrain, subway, and/or bus.
